Our Approach Analyzing historical performance, Growphoria found complex account structures on Google and Meta, leading to inefficient budget management. We simplified the paid acquisition strategy to improve ad testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization.

  • On Meta, we implemented a more robust test-and-learn ad structure, allowing ad sets to exit the learning phase and maximize revenue. Using creative diversification to target new audiences, we quickly and efficiently reached new customer personas with ugc video, influencer content, and improved product ads.

  • On Google, we shifted our strategy away from repeat purchasers through Branded text and shopping ads to new customer acqusition. With a new focus on driving incremental new purchasers, we reinvested in Pmax with advanced audience signals, improved shopping feed attributes, and customized product groupings.

Our Approach To maximize success during a competitive Black Friday / Cyber Monday period, our Q3 strategy leading up to the holiday involved experimenting with advanced bid tactics and conversion value rules in Advantage+ and business-as-usual campaigns. This experimentation aimed to determine which tactics yielded the most incremental lift.
